I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you how thrilled we were with the minder you matched us with to care for our Cocker Spaniel “Harry”. Krystal was a lovely person and after our first meeting we felt very comfortable she would take great care of our ‘hairy’ son.

Harry warmed to her straight away as we took him to meet her before we left so we knew they would get along. Krystal even sent us a video text message showing her walking him and a couple of photos of him making himself completely at home in her house!! This was above and beyond the requirements and really made us feel she wanted to be sure we could relax in the knowledge that she was enjoying her time with our beloved dog.

Harry was perfectly happy on our return – a little exhausted from all the extra walks Krystal managed to take him for – he truly was spoilt and we can’t thank you enough. We were in a real bind and you helped us out with very little notice considering it was the festive season. So our sincere thanks to you and to Krystal – we would without doubt recommend your service and Krystal as a minder without any hesitation.

I wanted my dog in the care of responsible people, who understood about caring for a dog’s needs. I liked that my dog enjoyed her holiday while we were enjoying ours. I will be using “Don’t Fret Pet!” again as the minders were wonderful & treated their own pets in a manner that I do – pampered!
