Marta made Annie feel ‘like she was at home’.
I am happy to say Marta was/is exceptional in every way.  At our first Meet and Greet, Annie and I were welcomed by Marta and instantly Annie – and I – took a liking to her straightaway.  I could tell Annie was very comfortable with Marta as Marta made Annie feel ‘like she was at home’. I too could see that Marta was the one who I would want to look after our Annie. In other words I did not try to locate anyone else! I can not praise Marta enough for the way in which Annie was cared for.  Marta kept in touch initially and once throughout the days to reassure us that Annie was doing well.

When I picked up Annie from Marta I could tell Annie was not stressed and wishing for me to pick her up. Annie also looked very well.

In a nutshell, we are very impressed with the care and support Marta gave our precious Annie whilst we were away.  Congratulations to Don’t Fret Pets for employing such a wonderful person in Marta to look after our prized little poodle Annie.
