I am very happy with Niomie and the care she gave to Hanni. She clearly loves animals and they respond positively to her. I really appreciated the photos and updates Niomie sent to me while I was away. I made it so much easier to enjoy my holiday knowing what he was getting up to and seeing him enjoying himself. My son and I are planning a 2.5 week holiday in August 2015 and I intend to use your service again. If Niomie is available at that time I would be delighted to send Hanni back to her. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you. Your service is so far superior to the available alternatives.

Just wanted to let you know that Joanna and Ron have been awesome. I cannot sing their praises enough. Joanna has gone above and beyond for Cheeka. Not sure if they have been in touch but cheeka decided to let me know she had an infection the night I dropped her around to Joanna and Ron’s. Her way I guess of telling me something – ha. I rushed her to the vet that night and then took her back – she was fine but I needed to do something. Well Joanna has been great in that she has made several trips to the vet while we have been away. We are bringing her back something special.
