I just wanted to thank you for introducing us to Rebecca and Chris. Rebecca was absolutely lovely, (we missed Chris each time) but Charlie was very well cared for so much so he actually missed them for a couple of days on his return, which is lovely. They definitely went above and beyond with his care and attention. Charlie was not only brushed and cuddled, given his medication as per instructions but he was bathed and we even received a mms picture of him while we were away showing us he was happy and relaxed. He really enjoyed playing with her dogs too.
I have, and will be recommending this service to my family, friends and colleagues.

I think it is the best option for our dogs when we go away (apart from them actually coming with us) and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am often telling other people about you guys and what a great, easy, affordable and comforting service you offer!
The only bad part is...the dogs behave on their holidays and revert to their old ways when they get home! I couldn’t believe it when I warned the last people they were staying with about some of their little tricks and naughty habits and when we arrived to pick them up the little buggers had been perfect!!! You gotta love ‘em! Thanks.

Just wanted to give you some feedback about Poppy’s dog-sitting at Sue’s house this week. As you know I was quite concerned as to how she would be as she had only just arrived here from WA the day before. She had a great time with Sue and her family and I think she was ready to move in with them and not come home with me!!! The love and attention Sue showed to Poppy has helped her adjust to her move to Canberra and it was much appreciated. Sue herself is wonderful. I was very happy with the service all round and Poppy was very relaxed there and at home which was a nice relief for me.
Just wanted to give you some positive feedback as we so often complain when things are wrong but forget to speak up when things are good! Thanks again for fitting her in at such short notice.

Just to say thankyou for matching us with such a lovely and loving family in Brenda and John. I felt totally confident that Maggie and Ben would have the best care and was not disappointed. I collected them yesterday and last night I think both dogs were having 'withdrawal symptoms' and missing their new family.
I would recommend Brenda and John as carers to anyone, even the most protective and indulgent of owners. This home reigns supreme in love and attention and care for animals.

The Brearleys were fantastic, very flexible with dropping him off (I ended up dropping off Hogan Christmas night). All of the family loved having Hogan and were sad to see him go. I have just emailed Jenny to let her know our views on the Gilberts and Don't Fret Pet. Marvellous! We collected Gilby from Antoinette’s yesterday afternoon and what a happy dog. He had obviously had a wonderful holiday, and enjoyed playing with Antoinette’s son.
We were very impressed with the whole family, and the way they treated Gilby. Antoinette even phoned us the first evening to let us know how Gilby was....this was really appreciated.

I just want to let you know that the service and efficiency from Sue on the Gold Coast was GREAT, she found a lovely lady for us at short notice and everything went very well.
We had never left our dogs with anyone before but Maureen the lady who had them made us feel very relaxed and the dogs had a nice safe place to play and even a ride out in the car.. and this was just day care.
“Don't Fret Pet!” is a great service and I am glad I found out about it instead of leaving my dogs in a kennels. Thanks again and regards

We were wonderfully impressed with how well Ziggy was looked after. I'm not sure she really wanted to come home. Everything was great from the first phone contact with Jasmine. Thank You! Monty stayed with Ken and Jean from Thursday to Sunday. She came home a lot less worn out and was a lot more comfortable with Ken and Jean than with anyone we've had in our own home. She settled in quickly, had run of the house and was spoilt ROTTEN! I'm SURE Monty was weighing up her options when we collected her - should I stay with these nice people or go home with my mum? Thankyou for your introduction to Pam in Adelaide, was very much appreciated. Pam is a lovely lady and very helpful in placing our dog Nelson with suitable carers as we are travelling from Darwin and are unable to have Nelson with us during our stay.
In Adelaide it seems like the perfect solution. You would do very well setting up the same service here in Darwin and Alice Springs. Just wanted to let you know that on New Year's Eve my dog Pedro stayed with Desmond and Jennifer in Fitzgibbon for the night. They were absolutely great with Pedro. My dog is a little timid (he's small too) and Des had a couple of other dogs there, but I'm telling you he gave Pedro attention, had him sit on his knee for an hour and watched them closely.
When we went to pick of Pedro the following day, he was playing with the other dogs outside in the garden!! Des even phoned us in the afternoon (because we were a bit worried) and told us that Pedro was doing great. Pedro wasn't stressed at all and was quite happy when we picked him up.
I'd like to compliment Des and Jenny for their caring for Pedro. They were fabulous! I'd also like to say that Liz Hollingshead was really helpful in finding them for Pedro, and was so prompt I was almost floored! She was great! These people definitely care about the animals they are looking after. I will definitely be asking Des and Jenny to mind Pedro again and will highly recommend your service.

We just want to let you know how much we appreciate your looking after our “Asha”.
It is obvious when we come to collect Asha that both times she has stayed with you she is well cared for and loved. Maybe you look after her too well as she appears to go into a bit of a decline for a couple of days after she has come home. We put it down to the fact that she is exhausted after tearing all over your huge back yard with her new “best friends”.
We always enjoy our holiday that much more knowing that Asha is being loved and cared for just as if she was with us at home.

I am waterlogged. Went to visit family in Grafton NSW and got flooded in. But thankfully Carol and Trevor could take Amber and Chandler an extra night. I can't thank you enough for the service both yourself and Carol and Trevor provide.
Amber and Chandler are my babies and it was very comforting to know that I could just ring Trevor and Carol and know that they could take on the extra night knowing full well that they were loved and cared for. It really does make "a hell of a difference" to me. They are my children and they were so very well taken care of - I know so - they never want to come home after being at Carol's and Trevor's, they love being there. Again thank you. I truly appreciate it.
