We have used Don’t Fret Pet several times now and I think it is a fantastic service!!

I think it is the best option for our dogs when we go away (apart from them actually coming with us) and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am often telling other people about you guys and what a great, easy, affordable and comforting service you offer!

The only bad part is...the dogs behave on their holidays and revert to their old ways when they get home! I couldn’t believe it when I warned the last people they were staying with about some of their little tricks and naughty habits and when we arrived to pick them up the little buggers had been perfect!!! You gotta love ‘em! Thanks.

Just wanted to give you some feedback about Poppy’s dog-sitting at Sue’s house this week. As you know I was quite concerned as to how she would be as she had only just arrived here from WA the day before. She had a great time with Sue and her family and I think she was ready to move in with them and not come home with me!!! The love and attention Sue showed to Poppy has helped her adjust to her move to Canberra and it was much appreciated. Sue herself is wonderful. I was very happy with the service all round and Poppy was very relaxed there and at home which was a nice relief for me.

Just wanted to give you some positive feedback as we so often complain when things are wrong but forget to speak up when things are good! Thanks again for fitting her in at such short notice.

We wanted to let you and Maureen know how impressed we were with the care Di and Tom offered our dogs. We felt they were really outstanding and so thoughtful and dog centered and not surprised that out two seemed reluctant to come home !!!

Just wanted to let you know that on New Year's Eve my dog Pedro stayed with Desmond and Jennifer in Fitzgibbon for the night. They were absolutely great with Pedro. My dog is a little timid (he's small too) and Des had a couple of other dogs there, but I'm telling you he gave Pedro attention, had him sit on his knee for an hour and watched them closely.

When we went to pick of Pedro the following day, he was playing with the other dogs outside in the garden!! Des even phoned us in the afternoon (because we were a bit worried) and told us that Pedro was doing great. Pedro wasn't stressed at all and was quite happy when we picked him up.

I'd like to compliment Des and Jenny for their caring for Pedro. They were fabulous! I'd also like to say that Liz Hollingshead was really helpful in finding them for Pedro, and was so prompt I was almost floored! She was great! These people definitely care about the animals they are looking after. I will definitely be asking Des and Jenny to mind Pedro again and will highly recommend your service.

Thankyou for your introduction to Pam in Adelaide, was very much appreciated. Pam is a lovely lady and very helpful in placing our dog Nelson with suitable carers as we are travelling from Darwin and are unable to have Nelson with us during our stay.

In Adelaide it seems like the perfect solution. You would do very well setting up the same service here in Darwin and Alice Springs. Darwin especially, with most of the population on the move all year round. Thank you once again for a wonderful service. We hope you have a lovely Xmas and New Year. Kind regards

I am waterlogged. Went to visit family in Grafton NSW and got flooded in. But thankfully Carol and Trevor could take Amber and Chandler an extra night. I can't thank you enough for the service both yourself and Carol and Trevor provide.

Amber and Chandler are my babies and it was very comforting to know that I could just ring Trevor and Carol and know that they could take on the extra night knowing full well that they were loved and cared for. It really does make "a hell of a difference" to me. They are my children and they were so very well taken care of - I know so - they never want to come home after being at Carol's and Trevor's, they love being there. Again thank you. I truly appreciate it.
