Fees
When your dog goes to stay with one of our caring minders our price includes walking, playing and brushing. There are no hidden extra charges for these basics. Also, unlike the other alternatives, we provide the convenience for you to drop-off and pick-up on Sundays and public holidays and, of course, loving home environments.
Please remember that you provide the food that your dog normally eats at home so there is no upset tummy caused by a change to his or her diet.
If your pets prefer to stay at home we provide a Home Visiting service in some areas. You can choose a short or a long visit. We will perform home security checks for you to help keep your home safe and will walk your dog to help alleviate his or her boredom.

Deposit
The deposit is required at the time that you make your booking. As soon as we receive your deposit we can start looking for the best Minder for your dog. If we can't find a Minder that both you and your dog(s) are totally happy with then your deposit will be fully refunded.
Christmas and Easter bookings - 50% of total boarding fee.
Other Times of the Year - Two days' boarding fee.
Payment
The balance of the payment for your booking is due two weeks before you leave. We require your payment by this time so that we can reserve your dog's Minder for you.
We accept internet transfer, bank deposit, cash, cheques, money orders and credit cards.
Making a Booking
When you book we ask you some questions about your dog, or you can use our online booking form, so that we can gather all the necessary information to place him or her with the most suitable Minder.
You will then need to visit your Minder, with your dog, so that you can be satisfied with the security and suitability of the home where he or she will be staying.
Ideally, the first time you use "Don't Fret Pet!", we'd like at least two weeks' notice. However, we do understand that sometimes plans are made at short notice and that emergencies can occur so, even if you can’t provide us with two weeks notice, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee will be charged for bookings that are cancelled. See below for details of cancellation fees.
